RUTIKA

Third year, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Bombay

Born on February 7, 1987 in Mumbai, Rutika is a true youth icon. Traveller at heart, she is a passionate horserider and a complete adventure sports buff. Apart from being an athelete representing IIT Bombay in Inter IIT Sports Meet she is a trained bharatnatyam dancer and has been a National Level Skater. In her free time she likes to read and wants to learn flying planes soon.

Her childhood dream of becoming an Astronaut may not be coming true but she wishes to set up her business empire some day and be her own boss.

SUHANI

First Year, Department of Metallurgy and Material Science, IIT Bombay

Born on February 21, 1990 in Mumbai, she is surely the most bubbly girl around. She happens to be a fine basketball player representing  IIT Bombay in Inter IIT Sports Meet. Her favorite pastimes are painting, dancing, gossiping and newly found passion - Modeling!

She can bring a smile onto your face in no time and not surprisingly she aspires to be 'A Good Human Being'

SHIPRA

Final Year, School of Management, IIT Bombay

Born on January 29, this green eyed Haryana ki beauty is a  tiny bundle of energy. A fabulous dancer and a brilliant actor, she has been performing on stage since god knows when and has had her share of acclaims. Even a hectic schedule in MBA could not keep her away from pursuing her passions. Swimming, sketching and reading novels are her other hobbies.

She dreams of making a mark in the corporate world and to perform on a world renowned stage someday.

Nupur

Ph.D., Department of Mathematics, IIT Bombay

Born on July 26, 1982, Nupur is a real Tomboy. One can find it difficult to match upto the sense of humor she has. In her own words her hobbies are bullying and boxing. Other than boxing she is an amzing dancer and a real sport when it comes to challenges.

As obvious from the photograph she wishes to be a boxing champion :D 

ANNA

Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Bombay

Born on October 16, 1986, Anna hails from Nantes, France. Her love for travelling around the world has landed her in India on a Student Exchange Program. She is good at playing violin and loves partying with friends. Anna spends her weekends with children from slums creating scientific experiments for them.

She aspires to become a Neuroscientist.

Photoshoot Experience: "I had never had a photoshoot experience before this one... and I really enjoyed it. It was an unforgettable afternoon. I had the chance to share moments with a nice class mate from the first semester. You guys also gave me the opportunity to wear once more my saree, under the Indian sunset light that I will miss everyday in France. I enjoyed the fact that it naturally "came", with the "Indian" organisation I like, I guess you know what I mean ;-)

All these moments were sharing and funny... with the happy coincidence of meeting the children of VIDYA (and my favorite in addition!!) who were around playing and enjoyed coming to shoot for a while!!"

Aishwarya

Second Year, Department of Metallurgy and Material Science, IIT Bombay

Born on June 15, 1988, this southern beauty has her roots originating from Tamil Nadu. An avid reader, an excellent Bharatnatyam dancer, a significant member of Inter IIT Table Tennis team, a profound debater she describes versatility.

She sees herself as the proud owner of her own company in near future.

Vishakha

Final Year, School of Management, IIT Bombay

Born on May 19, this girl next door coming from Delhi loves travelling and listening to music. Being in a management school she still finds out time to pursue her passion - dancing!

She sure will reach the skies but is still unsure if that is the limit.

Shailee

Second Year, Department of Metallurgy and Material Science, IIT Bombay

Born on February 1, 1987, this tall damsel is a teriffic dancer and an outstanding swimmer. Her looks can easily mislead anyone of her innocence and simplicity which she carries off with grace.

Her ambition is to become an IAS Officer

Photoshoot Experience: "It was fun shooting wid these two guys, and trying hard to keep eyes wide open in intense sun rays,and also trying hard to remove my heels from the muddy construction area everytime I stepped forward... but overall it was a lovely memorable lifetime experience......."

Ashwini

Third Year, Department of Engineering Physics, IIT Bombay

This dimpled biker girl is a stunner when it comes to dancing. She believes in living life to the fullest and enjoying  present to the maximum.

Quite different from others, she aims to be a successful and content person in life.

Vrinda

Third Year, Department of Chemistry, IIT Bombay

Giving every year a perfect farewell, born on December 31, Vrinda takes on life as it comes. A national level table tennis player, she loves watching movies, listening to music, sleeping and is a complete dance maniac. She happened to be the most excited one about the photoshoots for this calendar.

Her ambition keeps on changing time to time but she sure is capable of turning everything into gold whatever she puts her hands on.
